We seek highly skilled builders for luxury residential projects in Chelsea. Ideal candidates will have experience working with premium materials and meticulous clients in this prestigious London borough.
✅ Chelsea-Specific Builder Responsibilities:
✔ Full property renovations (period homes, mews houses, flats)
✔ Structural work (loft conversions, basement digs*, party wall agreements)
✔ High-end finishes (custom joinery, marble installations, bespoke storage)
✔ Project management (coordinating trades for Chelsea townhouse refurbs)
✔ Compliance with RBKC building regulations & conservation area rules
*Note: Basement work requires specialized experience
? Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of building experience (portfolio of Chelsea/Kensington projects preferred)
✅ Right to Work in the UK (Strictly no sponsorship)
✅ CSCS Card (Gold/Black preferred)
