I'd probably give this a 4.8/5 just because it took a while to get the food to us with only 2 people serving and it being super busy in the takeaway bit but the ladies were apologetic and courteous. The food was delicious with good portions and the place was clean and staff were lovely. Would go again in a heartbeat and can see why its popular
Owner is lovely, food is nice but upset with the oxtail. Needs to be cooked longer! Besides that food portions great & food always fresh.
I always get a very high standard of service from both the restaurant and bar staff the food is always Lush!and nothing is too much trouble im always welcomed with a smile and the customer service is really really very good i would have given 5 stars but the bar lets it down when it comes to the music that is played there,i find it to be very dated and the same music is played when im there most weekends,not what i call enticing variety is the spice of life,I Love Jamrock as do many others..
