When I registered with the agency in 2021, my contact person was and still is Naomi James. Naomi has been very kind and patient with me while I selected various job offers that came my way. Recently I was fortunate enough to be offered 3 positions within a short space of time. I can honestly say that Naomi is a gem and an asset to the agency. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ashley Heath from Tempting Recruitment. He was sharp enough to see a connection between my CV (no automation software here just a dedicated young man doing a great job of work!) and the request from his customer. After a brief chat with Ashley, he went off and organised an interview with my now new employers. There was none of the usual “that’s sorted let’s move on now” attitude either as he contacted me before my start date to ensure I was happy with everything in so far as preparing to begin at the new company. I recently signed up with Tempting recruitment agency after a poor experience with another agency. I would highly recommend asking for Ayeshia Clark as your agent. She has been amazing!. I was really desperate for a job, she found me a suitable job super quick and the turn around was so fast. My old employer really dragged there heels with my reference but she was on them and didn't let things go. She went above and beyond to get me what I needed, she calls me to check in to make sure I'm still happy in my job, if I have problems In my new role she calls my work and deals with them and sorts everything out, she's always there at the end of the phone and always returns your calls, she even recommended a very good payroll company.
