Sebastian and his team have done a fantastic job on our house refurbishing, extending and decorating throughout. We are delighted with the quality of the work and the really good news is that the project was completed a week earlier than originally estimated and came in under budget! Unheard of I'm told!! Sebastian is always keen to do the best job possible and his team are extremely polite and hard working. We recommend them unreservedly.
Sebastian and his team are a gem of a team and a cut above other builders. They did a side return extension and the architect was happy, and multiple tradespeople who have visited since have been impressed with the quality. Sebastian is reliable and the team work really hard. Happy to recommend.
Sebastian personally managed the complete renovation of our four bedroom, three story house in Barons Court, West London. The project involved building a side return, under-pinning the front of the house, replacing all the windows with double-glazed uPVC sash windows, re-plumbing the house (with three bathrooms), re-wiring the house, building a new kitchen and generally redecorating the entirety of the interior and exterior. The quality of the work produced by him and his team was excellent throughout the duration of our project. Sebastian's integrity and dedication to the job were evident throughout - he came in on budget and on time and never let us down. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, for both his reliability and for the outstanding level of service that he provided.
Sebastian did a single-storey basement extension for us plus a refurb of the whole house. Several times during the work we commented how thankful we were to have chosen him. His team are grafters, the quality was high and came in both on budget and time. He wasn't the cheapest quote, about mid-range, but we didn't have to pay more for any unexpected surprises so it was worth it. It was clear their priority was to get the job done as quickly as possible while maintaining a high standard. There were always a lot of workers on site, Sebastian's communication was excellent and helpful - he was never condescending but always took the time to explain things if necessary - and we're thrilled with the result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
Sebastian and his team did a four month kitchen and side return extension, plus a remodel of our downstairs reception rooms. This was the first major work we had done, and were very nervous after hearing about all the things that could go wrong on such projects. However, we couldn’t have been happier with how the build went. Sebastian was present throughout, would spend the time answering any questions we had, helped us make decisions on lots of small things, and was very a great guy. His team was also outstanding, worked hard, always friendly, went the extra mile, and helped us think through things. Our view was they cared about doing a good job and held our hands as we went through the process. One thing that was also good, was that Sebastian had a number of contacts for things like bifold doors, cabinetry, etc. That made a massive difference as they could liaise together without us having to project manage various different contractors. All were excellent. We asked for the job to be completed by the time british summer time began at the end of March (2019). And they did exactly that. Quality was great, responsive, tidy, and good value. Enjoyable to have around the home and it was in good hands.
